Please fill in the blanks and return the attached application form either by E-mail to the Legionella2022 Secretariat. As we confirm the application, we will send you an invoice for you to deposit the Sponsor / Exhibition / Advertisement Fee to the Legionella2022 bank account.
*Transfer fee will be at your company’s expense.
*We will refer the English letters which are written on the application form for the Program. Please make sure to fill up with correct spelling.
